Disclosed is a handpiece for lipolysis which cools a fat part absorbed into the inside of the handpiece from all sides to enhance the lipolysis function. The handpiece for lipolysis according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a absorbing housing absorbing the skin into the inside and storing the skin; a cooling module cooling the skin absorbed into the inside of the absorbing housing; an absorbing module providing an absorbing pressure to the absorbing housing; and a controlling unit controlling operation of the absorbing module and the cooling module, wherein the cooling module comprises first cooling plates arranged in the first direction and second cooling plates arranged in the second direction different from the first direction of the absorbing housing.
