PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive paste which produces no defects even when an external electrode of a ceramic electronic part is in a thin-layer form.SOLUTION: A conductive paste comprises a conductive powder, a glass powder and an organic vehicle and has a yield value of 3.2-5.8 Pa at a descending shear rate of 9-4 s, calculated by the Casson approximation. An external electrode which has a clear shape free of defects, e.g. discontinuous parts, in corner parts of a laminate ceramic chip can be obtained by applying the conductive paste onto a laminate ceramic chip and baking. |
