PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize handling for determining a position of an eyelash curler so as to relieve unconscious fear or anxiety or both of them of a person using the eyelash curler.SOLUTION: An eyelash curler 1 includes a first member having an upper pinching part 50 for pinching eyelashes, and a second member having a lower pinching part for pinching the eyelashes. The second member is pivotally turnable around a pivotal shaft 4 relative to the first member. The upper pinching part 50 and the lower pinching part face each other so as to make pinching edge parts of the upper and lower pinching parts come close/separate to/from each other. One end of the first member is provided with an eyelid pad 56 having a contact surface 57 to be brought into contact with the eyelid, and the upper pinching part 50 is offset from the contact surface 57 of the eyelid pad 56 to the direction to the pivotal shaft 4. |
