PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a single-chip LED lamp which eliminates or decrease necessity of causing to gather.SOLUTION: A chip of an LED lamp comprises: an upper surface 13; an active region 10 with a predetermined refractive factor n; and an n-type semiconductor layer 6 and a p-type semiconductor layer 7 which are laminated to each other. These semiconductor layers are formed on a transparent substrate 5 with a refractive factor nsmaller than the refractive factor nby at least 20%. The chips are each formed on at least one of the semiconductor layers so that a plurality of spaced-apart light emitting devices are formed, and each chip comprises a plurality of light emitting grooves having an electrically conductive track 16 in the chip. Furthermore, at least two of these light emitting devices are connected to each other so as to be driven as one. |
