<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating fryer, preventing an outer peripheral surface of a container from being scorched.SOLUTION: In an induction heating fryer according to the present invention, generation of scorch is suppressed. The induction heating fryer includes: a container for receiving frying oil; an induction heater disposed outside the container and generating an electromagnetic field; a basket disposed to be removably inserted into the container; and a heating plate disposed inside the container to be immersed in the frying oil and generating Joule heat through electromagnetic induction by the electromagnetic field. In the container, a non-magnetic window is formed at a position where the induction heater faces the heating plate. Alternatively, an induction heating fryer includes: a container for receiving frying oil; an induction heater disposed outside the container and generating an electromagnetic field; a basket disposed to be removably inserted into the container; and a heating plate disposed inside the container to be immersed in the frying oil and generating Joule heat through electromagnetic induction by the electromagnetic field.
