<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a top emission type organic EL device which prevents great changes in colors or brightness regardless of viewing angles and can suppress the cost of manufacturing.SOLUTION: An organic EL device 1 has a top emission type organic EL element 2 and a connection board disposed on the organic EL element 2. The organic EL element 2 has a first electrode layer 221, an organic layer 222 disposed on the first electrode layer 221, and a second electrode layer 223 disposed on the organic layer 222; and both electrode layers 221, 223 have terminals 221a, 223a, respectively. The connection board 3 has a base film 31 and a conductive part 32 partially disposed within a plane of the base film 31. The conductive part 32 of the connection board 3 is electrically connected to the terminals 221a, 223a. The base film 31 has a light-diffusing function and covers a light-emission region 23 of the organic EL element 2.</p> |
