IP STREAM SWITCHING METHOD AND DEVICE

Disclosed are an IP switching method and device for solving the problem of implementing the switching of part of an IP stream from an EPC-routed communication path to a neighboring communication path. Embodiments of the present application comprise: a first UE determines according to an ANDSF policy a preferred transmission path corresponding to a specific IP stream to be a neighboring communication path, and determines that the first UE and a second UE satisfy a condition for neighboring communication; a first UE switches the specific IP stream to a neighboring communication path of the first UE and the second UE, and transmits the specific IP stream by means of the neighboring communication path of the first UE and the second UE; the specific IP stream is a partial or complete IP stream transmitted between the first UE and the second UE. The switching of an IP stream from a core network routed communication path to a neighboring communication path is thereby achieved.
