摘要 The present invention relates to a fluorescent probe for detecting tyrosine kinase using a compound having a structure of ortho-hydroxy-benzaldehyde and a use thereof, and more specifically, to a fluorescent probe for detecting tyrosine kinase, the fluorescent probe containing a compound of chemical formula 1 and an analog thereof, and to a use thereof. The fluorescent probe of the present invention is a small molecule probe which can be conveniently synthesized, allows two-photon excitation, and has stability and low cytotoxicity in vivo, and binds to tyrosine kinase to show a fluorescent change, thereby imaging tyrosine kinase-overexpressing cells or tissues, and thus can be useful for a composition for imaging the tissues and a method for imaging the tissues. Furthermore, the fluorescent probe of the present invention binds to tyrosine kinase-overexpressing cells or tissues to exhibit fluorescent, and thus can be useful to image cancer cells or tissues.
