The invention relates to a method and a device for producing metallic semifinished products by remelting and/or remelt-alloying. This involves selectively melting the material (1) locally by means of high-energy, focused radiation (2) in a melt capillary (3) in the volume of the material, passing the melt capillary (3) through the material (1) and cooling the material (1) down at a high cooling-down rate by means of a cooled heat sink (4), which is coupled to the material (1) in a good heat-conducting manner and is located near the melt capillary (3). |
