Disclosed is a holding device for surgical instruments, in particular for minimally invasive surgery, which device comprises a holding arm (10). The holding arm (10) serves to hold an instrument support (18) at the distal end of which a surgical instrument (20) is mounted. The instrument (20) is operated by way of a drive device (26). To permit a simple replacement of the instrument support (18), said drive device is connected to the holding arm (10) by way of a holding device (28), such that the drive device (26) can easily be changed from a drive position to a replacement position.
