The present invention relates to a topical composition comprising a silicone oil and a porous cross-linked polymethylmethacrylate bead having a particle size Dv0 of greater 0.3 μm a Dv100 of less than 35μm, a Dv50 selected in the range of 6-15μm and an oil absorption capacity selected in the range of 1.2-2.5cc/g, characterized in that the silicone oil constitutes at least 5 wt.-% of the total oil phase of the topical composition. Furthermore the invention relates to the use of such polymethylmethacrylate beads to boost the silicone feel of a cosmetic composition comprising such silicone oils.
