The present invention relates to a smart window device which includes a double-layer panel forming an accommodation space by being spaced apart to face each other, formed with material through which light is penetrated, and having an entrance communicated with the accommodation space; an inlet pipe arranged to be communicated with the entrance of the double-layer panel; a supply unit capable of supplying or returning fluid inside the accommodation space through the inlet pipe; and a control unit controlling the supply unit to enable the amount of fluid introduced into the accommodation space to be adjusted in accordance with a penetration condition set inside the accommodation space inside the double-layer panel. Heterogeneous fluids of different gravity are used to adjust the penetration amount or color by adjusting the occupation rate, thereby easing a restraint on selectable materials and not requiring a separate power supply to maintain the adjusted condition of the penetration amount or color. |
