<p>A bicycle front set comprises a handlebar assembly, and a head tube (3) connected to the handlebar assembly, an engagement structure for preventing the handlebar assembly from rotating being provided between the handlebar assembly and a connection surface of the head tube (3), and a securing structure for securing the handlebar assemble on the head tube (3) being provided between the handlebar assembly and the head tube (3). Also disclosed is a bicycle having the bicycle front set. An engagement structure is provided between the handlebar assembly and the head tube (3), and the handlebar assembly is secured on the head tube (3) by a securing structure; when the securing structure firmly secures the handlebar assembly on the head tube (3), the engagement structure can prevent the handlebar assembly from rotating; and when the securing structure is released, the handlebars can be rotated. When the handlebars are rotated to be parallel with the bicycle frame, the space is effectively saved after the bicycle is placed.</p> |
