PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily bendable high-frequency signal line and an electronic apparatus including the line.SOLUTION: The high-frequency signal line according to the present invention is a laminated body having a first region and a second region, and comprises: a laminated body in which a plurality of insulator layers having flexibility are laminated; a signal conductor layer provided for the laminated body; a first ground conductor layer which is provided for the laminated body and faces the signal conductor layer; and a second ground conductor layer which is provided for the laminated body and forms capacitance between the signal conductor layer and the ground conductor layer. A gap between the first ground conductor layer and the signal conductor layer in the first region is smaller than a gap between the first ground conductor layer and the signal conductor layer in the second region, the laminated body is bent in the first region, and the second ground conductor layer is not provided for at least a part of the first region.
