PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to perform communication area adjustment which has reality and excellent reproducibility and is efficient.SOLUTION: A radio communication system comprises: a transmission control device 101 for sequentially performing transmission through respective antennas by using a high frequency switch; a reception device 102 for measuring intensity of radio waves from a single or a plurality of communication carriers and an interference radio wave from the outside of a building; a reception data processing device 103 for storing the measured data in a database; and a parameter optimization device 104 which performs two-dimensional processing on the measured data to evaluate it, and outputs a parameter optimum value. The parameter output from the parameter optimization device 104 for each of the single or plurality of communication carriers is applied by the transmission control device 101.
