The invention mainly relates to a seal assembly (10) for a turbine engine, comprising a brush seal (1) consisting of a plurality of sealing bristles (1a) surrounding a core (1b), a retaining cover (3) comprising a portion (3a) which at least partially accommodates the brush seal (1), and a bearing cover (2), placed in contact with the brush seal (1) such as to keep same in position against the retaining cover (3), the brush seal (1) being located between the retaining cover (3) and the bearing cover (2), characterised in that the bearing cover (2) comprises means (4, 5, 6) for lubricating the bristles (1a) of the brush seal (1), including an opening (5) for collecting lubrication oil, a groove (6), for distributing the lubrication oil, connected to said opening (5), and at least one channel (4) enabling the lubrication oil to flow toward the bristles (1a) of the brush seal (1), connected to said groove (6). |
