<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous electrolytic solution secondary battery which is superior in discharge load characteristics, high-temperature storage characteristics, and cycle characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: This is a nonaqueous electrolytic solution which is used for the nonaqueous electrolytic solution secondary battery that is equipped with the negative electrode and positive electrode in which ions can be stored and released and with the nonaqueous electrolytic solution. The nonaqueous electrolytic solution has the electrolyte and a nonaqueous solvent.
