PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor material to be easily removed when scratched or damaged. SOLUTION: The floor material 1 of substantially rectangular shape in a plan view formed with a tongue 2 and a groove 3 on two adjacent sides is formed with grooves (4, 5) from the rear face side of the floor material to the front face side in a position of 2.0 (preferably 8.5) to 15.5 mm to the groove 3 side from the root of a protrusion of the tongue 2, in a depth within a range of±1.5 mm from the height position of the upper face of the protrusion of the tongue 2. When the floor material has to be removed after construction, the floor material to be removed is lifted upward. A tip side portion including the tongue 2 from the groove is thereby broken, and the groove 3 is pulled out of the tongue 2 of the adjacent existing floor material to attain easy removal. Grooves (17, 18) can be formed in a position of 2.0 (preferably 8.5) to 15.5 mm on the tongue side from the inner part of the groove 3 in the same way. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
