According to an embodiment of the present invention, an oil supply system may include a first oil pump pumping oil to a low-pressure portion through a first main line; a second oil pump pumping oil to a high-pressure portion through a second main line; first and second check valves respectively disposed at the first and second main lines to prevent the backflow of the oil; a first diverter valve selectively supplying the oil flowing in the second main line to the low-pressure portion in accordance to the oil pressure transferred from a front end portion of the first check valve of the first main line; and a second diverter valve selectively supplying the oil flowing in the second main line to the high-pressure portion in accordance to the oil pressure transferred from a front end portion of the second check valve of the second main line.
