PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting capable of enhancing workability when performing sash hanging work. SOLUTION: A door which is a fitting includes: a door frame which is an opening; a door 3 which is a sash arranged in the door frame; and a pivot hinge device supporting the door 3 to be rotatable with respect to the door frame. The pivot hinge device comprises: an upper hinge device arranged between the head jamb of the door frame and the top face of the door 3; and a lower hinge device 20 arranged between the sill of the door frame and the underside of the door frame. The lower hinge device 20 comprises: a lower base member 21 having a vertical shaft 23 and attached on the top face of the sill; and a lower receiving member 25 having a shaft hole 26 in which the vertical shaft 23 is arranged and attached to the underside of the door 3.
