<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for predicting temperature distribution in a metal plate in which temperature distribution in a metal plate can be easily predicted in a simple manner while a load of analysis can be reduced, and a method of manufacturing a metal plate by the prediction method. <P>SOLUTION: A method for predicting temperature distribution in a metal plate includes the steps of: performing a thermal flow analysis on a local region of a metal plate under a plurality of conditions; with respect to the local region, calculating an average surface heat flux, an average surface temperature of the metal plate, and an average refrigerant temperature on a surface of the metal plate; deriving a relational expression between the average surface heat flux and the average surface temperature of the metal plate and the average refrigerant temperature on a surface of the metal plate; dividing temperature distribution analysis region of the metal plate into analysis grids so as to be larger than the local region; and determining a temperature of the metal plate of the analysis grids using the relational expression. Based on this prediction method, a method of manufacturing a metal plate is provided including predicting temperature distribution in a metal plate, and controlling an operation of a cooling apparatus using the predicted temperature distribution. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
