PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a board case from being fraudulently removed, and to prevent a reduction in workability during regular removal. SOLUTION: The reel-type game machine 1 with balls includes an outer frame 2 and a front door 3. A rear mechanism unit 5, etc. is openably/closably supported on the front door 3. A locking device 900 regulates separation/opening between the front door 3 and the outer frame 2, and separation/opening between the rear mechanism unit 5 and the front door 3. Board boxes 401 and 411 containing a dispensing control board and a power supply board are disposed on the rear side of a resin base 550. When the separation/opening is regulated, a regulation part 443 of a door body is located on the left side as seen from the back of sidewalls of the board boxes 401 and 411, and regulates sliding movement in a direction of removal of the board boxes 401 and 411. When the locked state is released and the rear mechanism unit 5 is opened by a predetermined amount with respect to the front door 3, rotation of the base is permitted and regulation by the regulation part 443 is released.
