<p>This aggregator device assesses the uniqueness of multiple users who use multiple mobile information storage media, and is characterized by comprising: a storage unit that in association with an identifier of a mobile information storage medium, saves user attribute information storing attribute information for a user, and, in association with the identifier of the mobile information storage medium, saves usage history information storing a time at which a transportation means was used by employing the mobile information storage medium, and a zone over which said transportation means was used; and a control unit that on the basis of the attribute information, acquires a combination of identifiers of mobile information storage media that the same user could possibly have used, said acquired combination of identifiers of mobile information storage media being narrowed down by said control unit on the basis of the usage history information, to a combination of identifiers of mobile information storage media having a larger likelihood of having been used by the same user.</p> |
