The present invention relates to a vehicle transfer device for a driving vehicle type core molding machine, which performs a process as a first unit core molding machine head coupled to a sand introduction hopper and a second unit core molding machine header coupled to a gas injection pie, which are classified in one group, are sequentially transferred. Each unit core molding machine header includes: a 2-wire traveling rail mounted in a core molding machine mount in the traveling direction of the header; a 2-wire rack gear formed on an inner lower end of the 2-wire traveling rail; two traveling slots formed at both sides of a body of each unit core molding machine, and coupled to the traveling rails so that the each unit core molding machine travels; a vehicle wheel shaft coupled to the body of the each unit core molding machine by a bearing; pinion gears provided at both ends of the vehicle wheel shaft and engaged with a rack gear; and a control motor coupled to the vehicle wheel shaft through a reduction gear at an intermediate part of the vehicle wheel shaft to rotate the vehicle wheel shaft. Each unit core molding machine header independently and accurately adjusts a speed by the control motor for the transfer. When an internal filter of a gas injection pipe is exchanged, the unit core molding machine header is spread bilaterally to ensure a filter replacement space. According to the present invention, the position of the unit core molding machine header can be accurately controlled, and a lower space of the gas injection pipe is ensured as the unit core molding machine is transferred, so that the filter of the gas injection pipe can be easily replaced. |
