PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leaked water discharge structure capable of discharging rainwater intruding into a building through a joint part of an exterior wall panel surrounding a chimney with a simple structure in a building accommodating a waste treatment facility equipped with a chimney.SOLUTION: In a building accommodating a waste treatment facility equipped with a chimney, a structure of this invention discharges rainwater which intrudes into the building through a joint part of an exterior wall panel 10 surrounding the chimney. A lower end of the exterior wall panel 10 is inserted into a groove of a channel steel 13 having an inclination in a width direction of the exterior wall panel 10 and arranged with its groove turned upward, and a liner 18 is interposed between a bottom surface of the exterior wall panel 10 and a web surface of the channel steel 13.
