PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify attachment of an electric wire and a sound-proof material to the rear side of an interior member where noise control (sound absorption and sound insulation) is required in a vehicle.SOLUTION: In a wire harness attachment structure 10, a sound-proof sheet 11 is formed by a sheet-like sound-proof material integrated with a wire harness 90. A through hole 41, in which a protrusion part 64 of an interior member 6 is inserted, is formed in the sound-proof sheet 11. The sound-proof sheet 11 is positioned by the protrusion part 64 passing through the through hole 41 and is fixed to the interior member 6 by a fastener 2.
