PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air cooling system of an on-vehicle heating element that achieves a system configuration capable of improving cooling performance when cooling the heating element using travel wind during high-speed travelling, and capable of using a cooling effect by the drive of a radiator fan during low-speed travelling or while the vehicle is stopped.SOLUTION: An air cooling system 10 includes: T/A12 which is a heating element in a power source room 14; a fin cooling air passage 26 in which part of the T/A12 is arranged; and an inlet switching member 30 and an exit switching member 32 provided on the front side and the rear side of the fin cooling air passage 26. Each of the switching members 30 and 32 switches the inlet and the exit of the fin cooling air passage 26 to a first inlet and a first exit connected to the outside of a vehicle when a vehicle speed or wind pressure is a first threshold or more, and switches the inlet and the exit of the fin cooling air passage 26 to a second inlet and a second exit connected to a radiator arrangement space 56 when the vehicle speed or the wind pressure is less than a second threshold.
