PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray-curable ink composition having excellent dispersibility and dischargeability, and providing good results in both satellites and ink-landing accuracy.SOLUTION: Provided is an active energy ray-curable ink composition including a dispersion having a pigment dispersed using a basic resin-type dispersant containing a urethane-based block bond. More preferably, the basic dispersant is one synthesized in an ethylenic unsaturated monomer and having, as a side-chain, a polycaprolactone and/or polyethylene glycol skeleton.
