PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power-receiving device that allows properly protecting a communication unit even if a voltage value at the time of communication is close to a voltage value at the time of power receiving.SOLUTION: A power-receiving device includes a power-receiving antenna receiving power in a non-contact state, a power-feeding unit, a communication antenna, a communication unit communicating via the communication antenna, a communication switch, and a switch control unit. The power-feeding unit is connected to the power-receiving antenna and outputs an output voltage according to power received through the power-receiving antenna. The communication switch is connected between the communication antenna and the communication unit. The communication switch can change between a conduction state in which the communication unit is electrically connected to the communication antenna and a cut-off state in which the communication unit is disconnected from the communication antenna. The switch control unit causes the switch to change to the cut-off state when an output voltage from the power-feeding unit increases over a first voltage, whereas the switch control unit causes the switch to change to the conduction state when the output voltage decreases below a second voltage lower than the first voltage. |
