<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image blur correction device and an optical device that enable an excellent blur correction.SOLUTION: An image blur correction device 100 according to the present invention comprises: an angular velocity sensor 12B that detects an angular velocity; an acceleration sensor 12A that detects acceleration; an angle oscillation amount computation part 35 that computes an amount of an angle blur, using the angular velocity detected by the angular velocity sensor 12B; a high-pass filter; a translational blur amount computation part 34 that computes an amount of a translational blur, using the acceleration detected by the acceleration sensor 12A. The translational blur amount computation part 34 comprises: a first integration part 34a1 that converts the acceleration detected by the acceleration sensor 12A into a velocity; a second integration part 34b1 that converts the velocity converted by the first integration part 34a1 into an amount of a movement; and a bias part 34c that adds center bias to the velocity according to the amount of the movement. In accordance with an imaging magnification of a subject or a subject distance, an amount of bias to be added by the bias part 34c is changed.</p> |
