PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid cosmetic which is suitable for a liquid cosmetic applicator using a brush hair or a pen core as an application means and has excellent dispersion stability of black iron oxide used as a black pigment, a good hue as a black color and excellent discharge performance.SOLUTION: There is provided a liquid cosmetic charged in a liquid cosmetic applicator using brush hairs or a pen core as an application means, wherein the liquid cosmetic comprises at least 1 to 30 mass% of black iron oxide, 0.5 to 5 mass% of dispersant composed of water and a film-forming resin, 2 to 15 mass% of a film-forming agent (in terms of solids content), 0.1 to 3 mass% of a surfactant, 0.05 to 5 mass% of a volatile alcohol and 5 to 20 mass% of glycols and has a viscosity at a shear rate of 3.83Sin a range of 2 to 10 mPa.s, as measured by an ELD type viscometer at 25°C and a black iron oxide dispersion toner has an average particle diameter of 100 to 300 nm. |
