<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a phase-locked laser device capable of radiating high output laser light, without limiting the number of signal light beams due to the power resistance of an optical component.SOLUTION: N tap mirrors 9-1 through 9-N are arranged coaxially with a receiving optical path 10, and the tap mirrors 9-n(n=1, 2, ..., N) are configured so that a part of the signal light output from a collimator 7-n is reflected in the direction of the receiving optical path 10, while the remaining majority of the signal light is transmitted in the direction of an output optical path 11-n, and the local light output from a local light collimator 8 is transmitted in the direction of the receiving optical path 10.</p> |
