PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper container of gable top type or a flat top type, in which a top seal part or a bottom seal part can be opened at its inner faces without inviting any reduction of strength such as a loading strength or a shatter strength.SOLUTION: A paper container (3) of gable top type or flat top type, characterized: in that a polyethylene terephthalate resin layer is interposed between the paper of a base material and a sealant layer of an inner face; and in that a laminate strength between the polyethylene terephthalate and the sealant layer is set low only at a top seal part (81) or at a bottom seal part (82) of the paper container, or at the top seal part and the bottom seat part. |
