<p>The method comprises drying and crushing iron oxide-containing waste materials such as scale or mill scale, drying and crushing paper sludge, and briquetting the mixture of dried waste materials and paper sludge at 70-350[deg] C. The mixture consists of 65-85 wt.% of waste materials and 26 wt.% of dried paper sludge. The water content of the dried waste material is 5 wt.% and dried paper sludge is 5 wt.%. The grain size to 90 wt.% of the waste material in the mixture is less than 1 mm and to 90 wt.% of dried and crushed paper sludge is less than 1 mm. The briquetting is carried out at 90-150[deg] C. The mixture is added to aluminum, copper, manganese, magnesium, silicon, silicon carbide, ferrochromium, ferromanganese, ferrophosphorus, ferrosilicon, ferrosilicon magnesium, ferrotitanium, chromium, nickel, ferronickel, molybdenum, ferromolybdenum, cobalt, ferrocobalt, zincoxide, zirconium, tungsten, vanadium and/or powder of high-speed steel.</p> |
