According to the present invention, a method for determining the charging state of an auxiliary fuel includes steps of driving an engine by burning main fuel in a combustion chamber; supplying auxiliary fuel additionally to the combustion chamber when the engine is driven by the main fuel; detecting changes in an air-fuel ratio of exhaust gas while the main fuel and the auxiliary fuel are provided into the combustion chamber; and determining the charging state of the auxiliary fuel through the changes in the air-fuel ratio. |
