PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging device capable of properly controlling a packaging operation corresponding to a packaging member, by a simple structure, and a packaging system.SOLUTION: A packaging device 100 includes detection means for detecting at least the kind of packaging member, packaging means for packaging the specific kind of packaging member loaded with an article, and control means (CPU) for inhibiting packaging provided by the packaging means, when the kind of packaging member, detected by the detection means, is a kind except the specific kind. |
