PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electroacoustic conversion film which is suitable for a speaker or the like having flexibility and capable of stably exhibiting predetermined acoustic properties regardless of a curved state.SOLUTION: An electroacoustic conversion film includes: a polymer composite piezoelectric body 12 formed by dispersing piezoelectric particles 26 into a viscoelastic matrix 24 composed of a polymer material having viscoelasticity at normal temperature; and electrode layers 14 and 16 holding the polymer composite piezoelectric body 12 therebetween. An area fraction of the piezoelectric particles 26 on the contact surfaces with the electrode layers 14 and 16 is adjusted to 50% or less.
