PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle and a transportation system for supporting a new operation mode and a peripheral circuit concept capable of increasing utility of a conveyance.SOLUTION: A transportation system 1 includes rails 2a, 2b for restricting a vehicle 3 to a track and moving it along a peripheral circuit 2. The vehicle 3 includes a device 33 for generating drive and/or braking force, and a tooth wheel 34 engaged with a wheel device 20 steadily disposed in the peripheral circuit 2, thus performing engaging power transmission. The device 33 for generating drive and/or braking force allows actuators 35, 350 to interactively control one passenger or a plurality of passengers in the vehicle. |
