The anti-lock control starts using the temperature correction coefficient KTc, so that a duty ratio Dn can be corrected based on an actual temperature since a control command value is created at a first time. As a result, it is possible to suppress a valve opening delay of a decompression valve and ensure appropriate anti-lock control. This can make a braking distance shorter.
