PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an objective lens mount having a specimen protective function and a smashing protective function for the objective lens of a microscope.SOLUTION: An objective lens mount includes an outside objective lens ring 1 having a unit 15 attached onto the fitting part of a microscope, preferably a microscope stand, and a safety element 22 that is disposed onto the objective lens ring 1 in a spring type fashion movably in an axial direction and accommodates an objective lens 4. A sensor 6 joined with a control unit 24 is provided in order to maintain a predetermined distance between the front lens 5 of the objective lens 4 and the safety element 22 of the objective lens mount. |
