The embodiments of the present invention relate to a method for realizing multi-point cooperative transmission, an access point and a station. The method comprises: a first access point receiving attribute information about a neighbour basic service group sent by a station, wherein the attribute information about the neighbour basic service group comprises attribute information about a second access point in the neighbour basic service group; the first access point determining a plurality of the second access points which are adjacent to the station in the neighbour basic service group; according to the attribute information about the second access point, the first access point selecting a third access point which can perform cooperative transmission for the station from the determined second access points; and the first access point constructing a cooperative transmission set according to the selected third access point.
