PURPOSE:To obtain a resin molded product wherein bent parts are formed to both side edge parts of a molded product main body having an almost horizontal U-shape cross section over the almost entire length thereof. CONSTITUTION:In the resin molded product attached to a door frame to be used, inwardly bent parts are provided to both side edge parts of a sash main body having an almost horizontal U-shape cross section over the total length thereof. A mold is equipped with a push-up block 45 pushing out the sash molded by the mold and an angular pin equipped with a slide core 48 to move the core 48 accompanied by the movement of a movable core 22 after the completion of molding and elastically deforming the bent part of the door sash externally to separate the molded product from the step part of the push-up block 45.
