<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal nanoparticle dispersion liquid capable of forming a metal coated film of a metal wiring or the like, good in dispersion stability of metal nanoparticles and excellent in adhesion with a base such as a substrate. <P>SOLUTION: A metal nanoparticle dispersion liquid is a dispersion liquid containing: a metal nanoparticle having a surface on which an aliphatic amine, an aliphatic acid and a silane coupling agent are adsorbed; and a hydrophobic solvent.
