<p>The present invention provides a method for determining phase difference accurately in a sample having diffuse transmission, absorption or dispelling polarized light. The method is a method for determining phase difference of the sample according to a measured spectrum in the optical system configured with a light source, a polarizer, a sample, a analyzer and a light splitter, having the following process: preparing spectrum data of the sample without influencing by the phase difference of the sample; measuring at least one spectrum configured with a homology axis of the polarizer, a optical axis of the sample and a homology axis of the analyzer for detecting the phase difference of the sample; correcting the spectrum by the spectrum data.</p> |
