The present invention relates to a composition comprising, as an active ingredient, recombinant protein obtained from the fusion of flagellin which is a component of flagella of Vibrio vulnificus and a protein antigen of a pathogen for the prevention, alleviation or treatment of aging. According to the present invention, the present invention has the advantages of alleviating the deterioration of external and internal functions caused by aging and strengthening immunity by using the recombinant protein. In addition, the present invention easily allows immunization by mucosal administration of the composition.
