Device for grinding of plastic bottles includes a supply unit, cutting unit with knives, output bin. The supply unit is designed as a conveyor, which has guide ways for bottlenecks. Cutting unit includes a bottles supply rotor which has gripping mechanisms, after which series of counter-knifes are arranged from top to bottom, the inner surface of counter-knifes is formed by two toothed blades disposed angularly to each other. Two additional blades rotors are mounted along the periphery of the bottles supply rotor, these rotors have 2÷4 knifes which have two blades placed disposed angularly to each other. Knives of the rotor next to the feed end are displaced lower than the knives of the following rotor. Under each additional rotor there is an output bin, the third output bin is located diametrically to the first one. |
