A DRM content distributing method of a terminal apparatus is disclosed. The DRM content distributing method comprises the steps of: requesting an advertisement management server to send first advertisement content to be inserted into first content held in a terminal apparatus; receiving the first advertisement content and identification information of the first advertisement content from the advertisement management server according to the request; generating first DRM content by using the received first advertisement content, the received identification information of the first advertisement content, and the first content held in the terminal apparatus; and distributing the generated first DRM content to other terminal apparatuses.
