The present invention relates to a fermented product with excellent antioxidative activity manufactured by fermenting Ligularia fischeri, a kind of wild vegetable, using Lactobacillus plantarum selected among microorganisms belonging to genus Lactobacillus; and to a method for manufacturing the fermented product, which can be used as a food for preventing hangover and overcoming fatigue.
