The present invention provides a special primer comprising external sequences nonexistent in a target gene becoming the object of amplification and sequences recognizing a restrict enzyme site capable of modifying the primer for gene amplification, a method for gene amplification capable of inhibiting a non-specific reaction while dramatically increasing the specificity and adjusting the concentration of the primer, amplification speed, amplification time (the time when the primer participates in the amplification reaction), and amplification amount, and a method for designing the primer used in the same method.
