The present invention relates to a serodiagnosis kit specific to canine influenza virus H3N2 including HA1 (hemagglutinin 1) protein of canine influenza virus H3N2 as an antigen, and a diagnosis method. According to the present invention, the serodiagnosis kit has higher sensitivity and singularity than an existing diagnosis kit, can diagnose serotype specific to canine influenza virus H3N2 through a simple process from a lot of samples, and can check a neutralizing antibody especially specific to canine influenza virus H3N2, thereby being variously applied to vaccine research, investigation of dynamics, etc.
